A key part of our mission is supporting former young elite athletes, now defined as NEET’s (Not in Education, Employment or Training). We help them transition into meaningful careers, giving them the opportunity to build a bright future beyond their sporting achievements.

To ensure our impact is both positive and measurable, we work with our partner Prospera Impact CIC to produce comprehensive and regular impact reports which provide our partners, clients and candidates a valuable insight into the differences we are making in people’s lives and communities.
