Former professional footballer. Darren began his recruitment career 30 years ago. His unique skillset, developed during his sporting career, enabled him to seamlessly transition into the business world.
Since incorporating his first business in 2003, Darren has become a serial achiever, earning himself an outstanding reputation within every industry he has worked.
His infectious passion, unwavering drive to excel, and problem solving abilities have been instrumental in building long-standing professional relationships based on trust and commitment.
As Managing Director of the Artisan Recruitment Group, Darren brings his extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure the group operates at the highest standards, consistently delivering quality. He will also improve existing and forge new strategic partnerships to propel the groups growth and success.
Elliott is a highly accomplished recruitment professional whose career has spanned over 29 years, during which he has cultivated an impressive portfolio of clients and candidates.
He began his journey at Lane Associates, where his dedication, passion and exceptional billing quickly earned him a stellar reputation. Recognising his talent, Right Associates offered him the role of leading their industrial division, marking the start of a career defined by success and demand.
Throughout his career, Elliott was headhunted four times, including a return to Lane Associates (at the managing directors request), and key roles at Knight Benton, The Options Group and The On-Site Group.
From his early days as a consultant to managing multiple branches and overseeing contracts for over 400 people, Elliott has gained valuable insight and comprehensive understanding of what it takes to thrive at every level of recruitment.
As a director of Artisan Recruitment Group, Elliott brings his vast experience and expertise to drive the organisations growth and success. Although he will be contributing across the group, his primary focus is the mechanical and electrical sectors, where he continues to develop new and existing relationships.
Phil boasts over a decade of comprehensive experience in the recruitment industry, where he has established himself as a seasoned expert, renowned for his strategic approach, and deep understanding of the market.
His career began with one of the worlds largest recruitment firms. His outstanding performance and leadership skills were quickly identified and rewarded as he propelled through the ranks until he reached senior manager. Phil continued to impress, playing an instrumental role, overseeing the success of large and dynamic teams within the construction and building services sectors.
Despite excelling in various areas, Phil found his niche in the permanent and freelance recruitment departments. His meticulous attention to detail, unwavering dedication and personable approach enables him to fully understand the requirements of clients and candidates and consistently deliver tailored placements. Years of successful matches have built his reputation as a trusted professional who not only attracts new clients and candidates bit retains and develops existing ones.
