Having established an enviable name for themselves within the local building services market this business also boast a fantastic staff retention rate. Specialising in design, installation and delivery of mechanical services across the industrial and commercial environments. Project value ranges from £5K to £4 million.
Your New Role
You will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, conduct regular site inspections ensuring the quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes as well as manage and support the site teams.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have a proven track record of delivering mechanical projects, be commercially astute with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders internally and externally as well as strong team management experience.
What You’ll Get In Return
You will be offered a permanent position with a salary of up to £75,000 + car/car allowance. Other benefits include 23 days holiday + B/H, pension & healthcare.
